Shipping & delivery
Free delivery in Denmark for all orders placed in the webshop. 25% VAT is added to all purchases made in Denmark. For shipping outside Denmark shipping costs are calculated according to the rates of Post Denmark.
Shipping outside EU will not include Danish VAT (25%). The VAT will be deducted in your invoice. If you are based outside EU you will pay local duties and tax.
Orders placed on weekdays will be send within 2-7 business days after confirmation of your order.

Return Policy
In case of dissatisfaction with the jewellery you have purchased, you may return the items in their original packaging, in an unused condition within 14 days for a full refund. When returning the jewellery please include your name, adress, a reference to your invoice no. and your bank account number. The goods are your responsibility until they reach our offices.
